歡迎使用 Tennx Lab 網站及服務。使用即表示你同意以下條款：

 

1. 服務內容

我們提供網球課程（成人小組、私人課、兒童班）於九龍灣專屬私人網球場。所有課程時間、教練及內容可能因情況調整，我們會盡早通知。

 

2. 報名及付款

• 報名經確認後即生效。

• 每月學費 HK$1,800（5堂）或其他計劃，需按時付款。

• 遲到或缺席不補堂（除非我們同意）。

• 取消政策：小組課需提前24小時通知，否則扣堂數；私人課需提前48小時，否則收取全費。

 

3. 責任及免責

• 學員需自行評估身體狀況適合參與網球。

• 我們不對因個人疏忽、意外或天災導致的傷害負責（建議購買個人保險）。

• 我們保留更改課程、時間表或暫停服務的權利（會提前通知）。

 

4. 知識產權

網站內容、照片、影片屬我們所有，未經許可不得複製或用作商業用途。

 

5. 適用法律

本條款受香港法律管轄，任何爭議提交香港法院。

 

6. 修改

我們可隨時修改條款，修改後繼續使用即表示同意。

Welcome to Tennx Lab. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, booking of services, participation in tennis classes (including adult group classes, private lessons, and children's tennis programs), and use of our exclusive private tennis court in Kowloon Bay. By accessing our website, making a booking, enrolling in any class, or using our facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

 

1. Services Provided Tennx Lab provides tennis training services, including:

• Adult group classes

• Private and semi-private lessons

• Children's tennis classes

All classes and activities take place at our exclusive private tennis court in Kowloon Bay. Course schedules, instructors, and content may be adjusted due to operational needs, weather, or other circumstances. We will notify participants of any significant changes as early as possible.

 

2. Enrollment and Payment

• Enrollment becomes effective upon confirmation of your booking (via email, WhatsApp, Instagram DM, phone, or in person).

• Monthly fee of HK$1,800 (for 5 sessions) or other applicable plans must be paid in full and on time before the start of the relevant period or session.

• Late arrival or absence does not entitle you to a make-up session unless otherwise agreed by us.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Group classes: Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the session will be deducted/forfeited (no refund or rescheduling).

  • Private lessons: Cancellations must be notified at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, the full fee will be charged.

 

3. Liability and Disclaimer

• Participants (or parents/guardians for children under 16) are responsible for assessing their (or the child's) physical fitness and suitability to participate in tennis activities.

• Tennx Lab, its coaches, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or harm resulting from personal negligence, accidents, or acts of God. We strongly recommend that all participants obtain personal accident insurance.

• We reserve the right to modify courses, schedules, or suspend services at any time, and will provide advance notice where practicable.

 

4. Intellectual Property All content on our website, social media channels, promotional materials, photographs, and videos (including class recordings) is owned by Tennx Lab or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

 

5. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

 

6. Amendments We may amend these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
